• A 15% non-refundable portion of the total course fee applies to all refunds.
• If you withdraw before classes begin, you'll receive a refund for all fees paid, minus the 15% non-refundable course fee.
• No refunds will be issued if you are unable to complete the course or choose to discontinue for any reason once the course has started.
• If a batch is canceled by The TeamShare, enrolled students will have the option to receive a full refund or be transferred to a new batch.
• Refunds will be processed and completed within 15 business days.
• For courses with installment payments, refund eligibility will adhere to the terms outlined in your specific installment payment agreement.
• For enrollments made through partner platforms, refund procedures will follow the specific policy of that platform.

Important

Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be issued after 1 week from the course start date or after 5 hours of class attendance, whichever comes first. Any refund requests received after this period will not be considered.
